VIP Tak Terms and Conditions — Know Your Rights

01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the VIP Tak platform at vip-tak.vip, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and VIP Tak.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the VIP Tak platform. Continued use of VIP Tak after any update to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. VIP Tak recommends checking this page periodically for updates.

02 Eligibility

To open and use a VIP Tak account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online betting activities under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online betting is explicitly prohibited by law.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person when registering or placing bets on VIP Tak.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a VIP Tak employee.

VIP Tak reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If you cannot provide satisfactory verification, VIP Tak may suspend or close your account and withhold any pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

03 Account Registration

When registering a VIP Tak account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and phone number. Providing false information during registration is a violation of these terms.

Each person is permitted to hold only one VIP Tak account. Duplicate accounts created to exploit bonuses, circumvent restrictions, or for any other reason will be closed. Any winnings or bonus funds associated with duplicate accounts will be forfeited.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your VIP Tak login credentials. Do not share your username or password with anyone. VIP Tak will never contact you to ask for your password. VIP Tak accounts are for personal use only. You may not transfer, sell, or assign your account to another person. Accounts used for commercial purposes or on behalf of third parties will be closed without notice.

04 Deposits and Payments

VIP Tak accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment methods available to Bangladesh players: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions on VIP Tak are processed in BDT with no currency conversion fees applied by the platform.

• The minimum deposit amount on VIP Tak is ৳100 BDT.
• Deposits are credited to your VIP Tak account balance in real time once confirmed by the payment provider.
• VIP Tak does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. The payment method you use to deposit must be registered in your own name.
• If a deposit is made from a payment source not registered in your name, VIP Tak reserves the right to hold or return the funds and request verification before crediting your account.
• VIP Tak does not charge fees on deposits, but your mobile banking provider may apply their own transaction charges.

05 Withdrawals

VIP Tak processes withdrawal requests on the same day for verified accounts. Withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, in BDT. The following conditions apply to all withdrawals from VIP Tak:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200 BDT.
• Your account must be fully verified before your first withdrawal is processed. Verification requires confirmation of your identity and payment method.
• Withdrawal requests submitted before 10:00 PM Bangladesh Standard Time are typically processed the same day.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Real money deposits are not subject to wagering requirements.
• VIP Tak reserves the right to request additional documentation for large withdrawals as part of standard anti-money laundering procedures.
• Withdrawals to payment methods not matching your registered account details will not be processed.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

VIP Tak offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated on the relevant promotion page within your VIP Tak account. The following general bonus terms apply across all VIP Tak promotions:

• Bonus funds are credited separately from real money funds in your VIP Tak account balance.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier is stated on each promotion.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time period specified for each promotion. Unused bonus funds expire after this period.
• VIP Tak bonuses are available to one account per household, per device, and per IP address. Attempts to claim the same bonus multiple times will result in bonus forfeiture.
• VIP Tak reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Players will be notified of material changes via their registered email address.
• Bonuses may not be used in conjunction with each other unless explicitly stated in the promotion terms.

07 Betting Rules

All bets placed on VIP Tak are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport, game, or market. The following general betting rules apply across the VIP Tak platform:

• Bets are final once confirmed. VIP Tak does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except in cases of obvious technical error on the platform's part.
• VIP Tak reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that were published due to a technical error or human error. In such cases, the stake will be returned to your account.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. These limits are displayed at the time of placing your bet on VIP Tak.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to availability. VIP Tak may suspend in-play betting on any market at any time without notice.
• For sports events that are abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, VIP Tak will settle bets in accordance with the specific rules for that sport as published in the VIP Tak betting rules section.
• VIP Tak uses official results from recognised governing bodies to settle all sports bets. Results are final once officially confirmed.

08 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on VIP Tak. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technology to place bets or interact with the VIP Tak platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the VIP Tak platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion, or any form of sports manipulation in connection with bets placed on VIP Tak.
• Using VIP Tak for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once or to circumvent account restrictions.
• Sharing account access with other individuals or allowing third parties to place bets on your behalf.
• Placing bets with the intention of arbitrage or guaranteed profit exploitation across multiple platforms.
• Providing false identity information during registration or verification on VIP Tak.

09 Account Suspension and Closure

VIP Tak reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or match-fixing.
• Requests from regulatory or law enforcement authorities.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.

If your VIP Tak account is closed due to a terms violation, any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the nature of the violation. If your account is closed for reasons unrelated to a violation — such as inactivity — your remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method after identity verification.

You may also request to close your own VIP Tak account at any time by contacting our support team. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and any remaining real money balance will be returned to you.

10 Responsible Gaming

VIP Tak is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all players in Bangladesh. We provide a range of tools to help you manage your betting activity and stay in control:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much you can deposit into your VIP Tak account.
• Loss Limits: Define a maximum loss threshold per session or per day to prevent overspending.

13 Changes to These Terms

VIP Tak reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, VIP Tak will notify registered players via email or via a notice displayed on the platform. The updated terms will take effect from the date stated in the notice.

Your continued use of VIP Tak after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the updated terms, you should stop using VIP Tak and contact support to close your account.
